At The ZiA Way, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. This Return and Refund Policy explains our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

We specialize exclusively in providing services. We do not sell physical products; therefore, there are no product returns. This policy applies only to service bookings and payments made for those services.

2. Booking and Payment
• Service appointments may require full or partial payment at the time of booking.
• Payments secure your scheduled service time and ensure our availability.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a service.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service and are not eligible for a refund.

• Completed Services: Because our work is service-based, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed.
• Prepaid Services: If you cancel within the required notice period, any prepaid amount may be refunded in full or applied as a credit toward a future booking.

If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern. Each body is different and how a client follows our pre/post recommendations is a large part of success. We make no warranties regarding our services.
